Does Gym Desk require an internet connection?

No! Gym Desk works completely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device, so you can manage your gym without any internet connection.

How do I backup my data?

You can create backups anytime by going to Settings > Backup & Restore. Gym Desk supports both local backups to your device storage and optional cloud synchronization.

Can I use Gym Desk on multiple devices?

Yes! Enable the cloud sync feature in settings to access your data across multiple devices. Your data will sync seamlessly when you have an internet connection.

What languages does Gym Desk support?

Gym Desk provides full support for English, Persian (Farsi), and Pashto. You can switch between languages anytime in the settings.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! Gym Desk offers a free trial with all features unlocked so you can explore everything before making a decision.

How do I generate reports?

Navigate to Reports section in the app. You can generate financial reports, attendance summaries, and member statistics. All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel format.
